Heilsa HR was created out of a genuine love for HR and the realisation that many businesses need more than just recruitment support—they need someone who understands their people challenges and can offer tailored solutions. After years of running an HR-centric recruitment consultancy, working with clients across the UK, Europe, and Asia, Vas found himself repeatedly asked for advice on everything from employment law and employee engagement to policies and training. It felt like the right time to take that next step and focus on helping businesses with their HR needs.

What sets Heilsa HR apart is the personal approach I bring to every client. I’m not about flashy sales pitches or ticking boxes. I’m here to genuinely help businesses build strong teams, create effective policies, and foster workplaces where employees thrive. HR has always been more than a job to me—it’s a passion, and I’m excited to share that with the businesses I work with.



About Me, Vas Georgiou

M journey in HR started when I was just 18. By 20, I had worked my way up to Assistant Manager, sitting in board meetings and acting as HR Manager. Since then, I’ve worked in various roles, including as a Recruitment Advisor for a charity with over 1,000 employees, before starting my own recruitment consultancy. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to support businesses of all sizes and across many sectors, finding practical, honest solutions to complex people challenges.

• I opened my first business at the age of 12 (had 4 businesses since then!)
•I started my HR centred recruitment consultancy at 22 years old.
• I am now 27 years old, I have two dogs now, I am married and excited for my next chapter in my life!
• I was born and raised in Cyprus, relocated to London when I was 15 years old.
